This is a free activity from the Justine Time circle.
If you want to join, it is important to know the basics and adopt them all: it is not an open bar, you choose everything because it is a program that serves several areas.
It's a commitment.

Areas served:

🙏🏻The physical space with fasting cardio for 30 minutes.
🙏🏻The brain zone with daily 30 min meditation: ➡ Monday at 5:30 a.m. by zoom (Register each week in the “Meditation to start the week” on the Justine time platform or application)

➡️the weekend at 6:30 a.m. + 8 in this same group in insight.
🙏🏻The mental zone with stopping alcohol for 30 days, thus allowing the muscle of will to develop and more particularly the anterior cingulate cortex.
🙏🏻The area of sleep hygiene, giving up all blue screens (cell phone and laptop) 2 hours before bed and one coffee ☕️ per day.
🙏🏻The social domain, each member committing to writing a check 👊 after each group of tasks performed, every day for 30 days, where each member is a responsible partner for the others.

Here I share data on the benefit of doing cardio on an empty stomach, even for just 30 minutes:
1. Burn Fat: Doing cardio on an empty stomach can help speed up fat burning. During overnight fasting, levels of glycogen (the storage form of energy) are reduced, causing the body to turn to fat stores for energy during exercise.
2. Improves insulin sensitivity: Cardiovascular exercise in a fasted state can improve insulin sensitivity, meaning the body can better use glucose and regulate blood sugar levels.
3. Increases metabolism: Cardio training in a fasted state can temporarily increase metabolism, which can help you burn more calories throughout the day.
4. Improves Endurance: Doing cardio regularly in a fasted state can help improve cardiovascular endurance, meaning you'll be able to perform higher-intensity physical activities for longer.
It is important to keep in mind that each person is different and the effects may vary. It is always advisable to consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
