Once our wounds are finally recognized and no longer shrouded in shame, it's crucial to care for them without falling into a mindset of victimization. There's no single recipe for healing: only a multidisciplinary approach allows for deep, long-term recovery. Personally, analytic therapy (psychoanalysis) is essential to understand and navigate what we experience. Yoga and meditation are vital for releasing trauma from the body, learning to inhabit it fully, and living in the present moment without reactivating past traumas or projecting an imaginary future. Artistic expression (visual arts, writing, performing arts) is indispensable, as is philosophical practice.
Philosophy deeply nourishes my soul, especially since I started formal studies at university in Paris in September 2024. Spending Saturdays immersed in the study of Aristotle alongside other researchers profoundly enriches me. Healing requires several simultaneous and complementary actions: only then can we truly enjoy life without resorting to toxic substances or behaviors.

Une fois que nos blessures sont enfin reconnues et que nous n’en avons plus honte, il est crucial d’en prendre soin sans tomber dans une posture de victimisation. Il n'existe aucune recette universelle pour guérir : seule une approche pluridisciplinaire permet une guérison profonde et durable.
Pour moi, la thérapie analytique (psychanalyse) est indispensable afin de comprendre et traverser nos expériences. Le yoga et la méditation sont essentiels pour libérer le corps du trauma et apprendre à habiter pleinement le moment présent, sans raviver les blessures du passé ou projeter un futur imaginaire. L’expression artistique (arts visuels, écriture, arts de la scène) est incontournable, ainsi que la pratique philosophique. La philosophie nourrit profondément mon âme, particulièrement depuis que j’ai commencé mes études universitaires à Paris en septembre 2024.
Ces samedis passés à étudier Aristote avec d'autres passionnés sont inestimables. Guérir demande plusieurs actions simultanées et complémentaires : c’est ainsi que nous devenons capables de savourer pleinement la vie sans recourir à des substances ou comportements toxiques.

Para mí, la terapia analítica (psicoanálisis) es indispensable para comprender y atravesar lo que nos ocurre. El yoga y la meditación son fundamentales para liberar al cuerpo del trauma, aprender a habitarlo plenamente y vivir el presente sin revivir heridas del pasado o proyectar un futuro inexistente. La expresión artística (artes visuales, escritura, artes escénicas) es imprescindible, así como la práctica filosófica.
La filosofía alimenta profundamente mi alma, especialmente desde que comencé mis estudios universitarios en París en septiembre de 2024. Esos sábados dedicados al estudio de Aristóteles con otros investigadores e investigadoras me llenan enormemente.
